Insurance: Rebecca is an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Blue Choice. Rebecca also works as an out of network provider for other insurance plans. She can submit the claims directly to the insurance company for reimbursement, making it simple for clients to utilize their benefits.
Payment: For telehealth services, electronic payment is required. Please inform Rebecca if you would like a receipt for you to reimburse yourself from your health/flexible savings account. Payment is due at time of service.
